Four beautiful bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests at this non-smoking villa. The main house offers one primary bedroom and one additional bedroom — both with en-suite baths and breathtaking views of the sea. The private guest wing contains two bedrooms: one facing the pool and the Ionian Sea and the other with a view of Mount Pantocrator. They share a full bath.

A magical place in which to vacation on Corfu: it's nestled in the hills with amazing views and surrounded by nature. After a day at the beach or exploring the island, it's wonderful to come back to this wonderful property which feels like a refuge but also a great place to entertain family and friends. The indoors of the house is spacious and comfortable. The outdoors is postcard-worthy: a gorgeous pool with views of the mediterranean surrounded by gardens filled with bougainvillea, lavender and rosemary. It's all so calm, elegant and inspiring!

I’ve been fortunate to visit this paradise many times. The house is warm, comfortable and inviting. The grounds, with its bougainvillea and other flowers and shady trees surrounding the vast green lawn against the blue of the pool all sitting on top of a hillside overlooking the Ionian Sea, is breathtaking. It’s a view one will never forget, and one that I often bring back to my mind to meditate upon to find peace and calm on stressful days. The island of Corfu is wonderful. The people are friendly and the food fresh, especially the fish, which is often pulled right from the sea. It is a place you will want to return to over and over again.

Περάσαμε 7 υπέροχες ημέρες σε αυτήν την πανέμορφη βίλα κοντά στο Σπαρτύλα πάνω από την παραλία του Μπαμπάτη. Ήμασταν 3 ζευγάρια με 2 μωράκια, αλλά η βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα και περισσότερα άτομα. Στα συν τα πανέμορφα δειλινά κολυμπώντας στην πισίνα του κτήματος, συνδυασμένα με βραδινά bbq στην εξωτερική τραπεζαρία. Προσεγμένοι κήποι με όμορφα λουλούδια, φοίνικες, άνετοι χώροι και πολύ καλές υποδομές (πλυντήριο ρούχων, πιάτων, πιστολάκι μαλλιών wifi κλπ). Κοντά στην παραλία του Ύψους για brunch και ψώνια.
Θέλει λίγη προσοχή η αριστερή στροφή ερχόμενος από τον δημόσιο δρόμο προς το βουνό που οδηγεί στο κτήμα.
Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και ελπίζουμε ότι θα ξαναπάμε σύντομα.
